Montreal band The Barr Brothers took time out of their busy South by Southwest schedule to play a beautiful acoustic version of their single “Beggar In The Morning” from their debut album The Barr Brothers. Set up on the patio of House Wine in Austin, the band used a bike rim for percussion and brought along the ever-present harp and organ to create the striking and haunting sounds familiar to fans of the band.
Brooklyn band White Rabbits performed an acoustic version of “I’m Not Me” off their latest release, Milk Famous, at House Wine in Austin during SXSW. Known for their energetic shows, band members Stephen Patterson and Alexander Even play a more stripped-down version of the song for KXT’s On the Road crew, while keeping the playful nature of their indie-pop music in the performance.
L.P. brought her band and pop/rock sound to House Wine in Austin during SXSW for a session with KXT’s On the Road crew. The singer-songwriter played “Into the Wild.” Enjoy!
