KXT passes the hat three times a year. It’s how the station remains commercial free, committed to local music and playing a mix of music you won’t hear anywhere else - with artists like Givers, Sarah Jaffe, St. Vincent and many more getting air time. Let’s end this campaign and get back to music full time!

The show. It is SOLD OUT, alas. We are SO PUMPED to be there Sunday night, March 11 for a great night of music at the lovely Granada Theater. Come say hi to us at the KXT table if you’re at the show!

The show is sold out folks, alas. Thank you to everyone who expressed interest in these HOT ITEM Dr. Dog / Givers thank you gifts during the Winter Membership Campaign. Be sure to come say hi to us at the KXT Street Team table!

Had a blast with Givers yesterday here in the studio. Before they played our Holiday Show last night at the Kessler, they stopped by the station to play a few songs. While Mark talked with them, I got to run sound! It sure was a blast. They were very, very nice, especially Tiff and Taylor. After everything was finished, Taylor came back in the studio, shook my hand and said, as kindly as anyone I’ve ever heard, “Thank you very, very much.”

Many thanks to all the KXT listeners and members who braved the cold in their hats and mittens to rock out to Givers and The Orbans at the Kessler Theater. 35 Denton was on hand with their Button O Matic and a few folks actually won wrist bands to the conference in March!
